Courtwatching legal guide

Over the last months, with our partners at the Free University's Criminal Defense Clinic, Justice Collective has worked on a Courtwatching Legal Guide as an overview of the criminal legal system and courts for courtwatchers and others interested in understanding processes of criminalization and punishment. Throughout we include examples from our own courtwatching of things to look out for and injustices revealed; we also include practical tips for courtwatch groups. The toolkit is hefty! But don't worry: It need not be read from front to back. Feel free to flip through to look up key facts or find information on a topic of interest.
